How to charge my electric vehicle in Zunder
STEP 1
Download and register
- Download Zunder App
- Create your user account (personal or enterprise) and fill in all info to enjoy all the functionalities.
STEP 2
Add payment method
- Go to payment method section, click on “add” and introduce your debit or credit card details. We accept both Visa and Mastercard (American Express not accepted)
- For security, your bank will ask you to verify your identity

According to the new European Regulation PSD2 in relation to the SCA to guarantee the security of online payments your bank will ask you to verify your identity:
- Notification/sms sent to your mobile.
- Notification on your bank app.
- Digital fingerprint or facial recognition.
If you do not receive any message or notification, please contact your bank in order to finalise this process.
STEP 3
Start your charge
- Click on the central button of the application and scan the QR code to start your charging session.
- You can also manually add the identification number of the connector you are going to use.

You need to activate the GPS location while the APP is running in order to receive route indications.

STEP 4
End your charge
- Go to your active charge session under “Charges” and click on “end charge”.
- Disconnect your vehicle and continue your journey – see you soon!
