Your Impact on the Project
At Zunder, every role is an essential part of the engine that drives sustainability. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team with a shared goal: ensuring that Europe’s most advanced charging network operates with maximum precision and efficiency.
From your position in the Legal Department, providing legal advice for the French market and reporting directly to the Head of Legal, your work will have a direct impact on our expansion in Spain and across our international subsidiaries, helping thousands of people move freely and confidently.
What will you do with us?
- Provide legal advice across all areas of law, particularly civil, commercial and administrative law.
- Manage relationships with external providers.
- Handle contracts: reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements, particularly in commercial and real estate matters.
- Provide direct support to the Group’s corporate and business areas on all legal matters, as well as to the Group’s international area.
- Review tender documents and bids.
- Monitor and manage litigation, pre-litigation matters, and provide support in the handling of administrative and court proceedings.
What are we looking for in you?
- Law degree and practising lawyer under French law.
- Master’s degree in Legal Advisory services desirable.
- Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience performing similar duties in prestigious law firms or Big Four firms.
- Training and knowledge in commercial, administrative, real estate and civil law practices.
- High level of English, C1.
- High level of French, C1.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills.
- Business-oriented mindset and focus on value creation.
- Conflict-resolution skills.
- Autonomy in management.
