To support our continued growth, we are looking for our next key team member: Platform Services Business Developer.

Your Impact

At Zunder, every role plays a vital part in driving sustainable mobility. You will join a multidisciplinary team with a shared mission: ensuring that Europe’s most advanced charging network operates with maximum efficiency and reliability.

As part of the Business Development team, reporting directly to the Platform Services Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our presence across France, helping thousands of people travel with confidence and freedom.

The position is based in France and it´s 100% remote.

What You’ll Do

  • Understand customer requirements and align them with our sales plans, service portfolio, and overall business strategy.
  • Build strategic partnerships by acquiring new customers and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate interoperability agreements with other market operators.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities arising from existing partners, suppliers, and customers.
  • Manage and develop assigned customer accounts, ensuring revenue retention while driving growth through targeted commercial initiatives, including participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Support and contribute to action plans aimed at achieving annual business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze the electric mobility market, both nationally and internationally, to identify new opportunities for expanding the commercialization of our software solutions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and our technical and operations teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and the successful execution of projects.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • A solid understanding of the electric mobility sector and its key stakeholders is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, business development, and customer relationship management.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1), both written and spoken.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and large volumes of information simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in the energy sector is highly valued, particularly within electric mobility or EV charging infrastructure.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
