You only pay the difference
The value of the Easy days you haven't used is deducted. You only pay the difference that first time; after that, 11.99 €/month.
Changes at your next renewal
Until it renews, you keep enjoying Pro with all its prices. The Easy plan starts when your current cycle ends.
You keep what you have
If you cancel, your benefits continue until your next renewal. No additional charges. After that, you return to the standard price.
What you need to know
- Is there a minimum commitment?
- No. Switch or cancel whenever you like, with no penalty or extra costs.
- Do the prices apply across the whole network?
- Yes. The reduced Easy and Pro prices apply at every charging point on the Zunder network.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You keep your benefits until your next renewal. After that, you return to the standard price per kWh with no additional charge.
- If I move up from Easy to Pro mid-month, do I pay two fees?
- No. The value of the Easy days you hadn't used is deducted, and you only pay the difference that first time. From then on, 11.99 €/month.
- If I move down from Pro to Easy, when does it change?
- At your next renewal. Until then, you stay on the Pro plan and its prices.
- What is the credit you earn?
- Every charge on the Zunder network earns credit in your account within the app: 1% with no plan, 3% with Easy and 5% with Pro. You can use that credit on future charges.
- At what point does each plan pay off?
- Easy pays off from around 25 kWh a month. Pro, from around 60 kWh a month. The more you charge, the more you save with every kWh.
