Starting a charge is this easy
You control your eZCard or eZTag from the app
Activate it when you receive it, lock it if you lose it, and delete it when you no longer need it. All from your Zunder account.
Activate it when you receive it
Enter the code that comes with your eZCard or eZTag in the app and it will be linked to your profile.
Lock it if you lose it
If you don't know where it is, lock it instantly from the app so it can't be used.
Delete it when you no longer use it
If you've lost it, it's broken, or you want to stop using it, delete it from the eZCard and eZTag section.
You can only order it from the Zunder app
The eZCard and eZTag are ordered from the Shop in the app. From there you choose the format, place the order, and receive it at home.

- How many can I order?
- One eZCard and one eZTag maximum per user.
- Does it only work at Zunder?
- No. Your eZCard or eZTag works at Zunder and at thousands of compatible charging points on other networks across Europe. One card, one app, no need to sign up on other platforms.
- Can I order it if I've never used Zunder?
- Yes. It's available for both new and existing users.
- Do I need an account to order it?
- Yes. The order is placed from your account in the app. You can create one in a few minutes from the app itself.
- Where can I order from?
- From any country in Europe. You place the order in the app and receive it at the address you provide.
- Is there a stock limit?
- Yes. Available while stocks last.
